I’m Jacob Noel, a licensed master electrician, business owner, and most importantly, a family man. I live and work in the Niagara Region, where I was born and raised in Fort Erie. My family is the reason I do what I do—and the reason I hold myself to such a high standard in every project I take on.
From an early age, I knew I was wired a little differently. I never quite fit the mold of the traditional school system. What I lacked in classroom focus, I made up for in drive, discipline, and a hands-on mindset. I found my footing in the electrical trade through an apprenticeship—and what started as a leap into the unknown quickly became a calling.
Over the years, I’ve poured myself into mastering my craft, whether it was on the tools, studying the Ontario Electrical Code, or troubleshooting high-level industrial control systems. That same work ethic and mindset now fuels how I run my business: practical, reliable, relationship-based, and built to last.
I started J. Philip Electrical Services to give clients something they don’t always find in the trades: honest advice, precision workmanship, and someone who actually picks up the phone when they need help. I want to be the electrician you trust—not just once, but for every project that follows.
Because to me, it’s never just about finishing a job. It’s about doing right by the people who count on me.
More than anything, I believe in building lasting relationships through consistency, honesty, and attention to detail. I’m proud to serve the communities I grew up in—and I'd love the chance to work with you.
